At one point, BlackBerry held a 40 percent share of the smartphone market. But that was before Apple's iPhone. Now, CEO John Chen wants the once-dominant mobile company to focus on security, both in software and devices, in the hopes of ushering in a new era of 'CrackBerry' devotees.
