VLC for Windows 8: After more than a year delay, the famous VideoLan media player has finally arrived as an official Windows 8 Metro app. VLC for Windows 8 also allows you to play clips from external drives although there are a few stability issues with the initial release. Although the WhatsApp CEO has told Softonic that it’s servers remain 100% safe, it may have implications for WhatsApp messages used as evidence in a court of law.
