A paddleboarder saved a pelican that was tangled in fishing line with a triple fishing hook lodged in its neck. Beachgoers helped restrain the bird while the paddle boarder freed the pelican from the hook. He took the pelican to the veterinarian who deemed it healthy and let it rest.
