Ingredients:
3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush
Coriander leaves
1 Onion
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt to taste
5 tbsp Chana Dal
1/2 kg Mutton Kheema
3 Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Water
Method:
- In a pressure cook heat some oil.
- Add ginger garlic crush, coriander leaves, onion, coriander seeds powder, mix masala, chana dal & salt. Mix everything well.
- Add mutton kheema and mix well.
- Add water and again mix well.
- Close the lid and let the kheema cook on 5-6 whistles.
- Once the kheema is cooked put it in another pan.
- Keep stirring the kheema on slow flame till it becomes thick & starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Allow the kheema to cool down.
- Then put in the mixer grinder. Add bread crumbs. Grind everything well.
- Take the mixture on a plate. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make small size kababs. Dip it in the egg batter and then coat with bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry the kababs on medium hot oil till golden brown.
- Delicious Mutton Kababs are ready.
