Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Carrot, grated
4 tbsp Cabbage
Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Semolina
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Cup Gram Flour
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil
Method:
- In a large bowl add onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, semolina, mix masala, turmeric powder, salt & gram flour. Mix everything well.
- Add water as required and mix well. Make a pouring consistency batter.
- In a flat bottom pan heat some oil.
- Pour some of the batter and spread evenly.
- Cook the omelette properly on both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
