Ingredients:
150 gms Groundnuts
15-16 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
- In a mixer grinder add groundnuts with their skin and grind it coarsely. Keep the groundnut powder aside.
- Then grind the green chillies coarsely and keep them aside.
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add the coarsely ground green chillies and mix well. Saute till the water dries out.
- Then add groundnut powder and salt. Mix everything well.
- Mirchi Cha Thecha is ready.
