ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY — Gretchen Carlson filed a lawsuit last week alleging that Fox News Channel top executive Roger Ailes made sexual advances toward her and ended her career at the news outlet after she rebuffed him.

Carlson, who used to be a co-anchor at “Fox & Friends” and more recently had her own daytime show, “The Real Story With Gretchen Carlson,” filed the lawsuit in the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Carlson claims she was pulled from “Fox & Friends” in 2013 after complaining about co-host Steve Doocy sexually harassing her. In the suit, Carlson said Doocy mocked her during commercials breaks, shunned her off air and refused to engage with her on air.

She alleges Ailes would ogle her in his office and would ask her to turn around so that he could look at her posterior. Carlson also said Ailes talked about Carlson’s legs a lot, as well as expressing that he wanted to be stranded on an island with her.

In front of others, Ailes said he had slept with three former Miss Americas, but not her. Carlson was crowned Miss America in 1989 while representing the state of Minnesota.

The suit also claimed that Ailes bragged to others he’s always seated when a woman walks over so she has to bend over to say hello to him.

The 75-year-old Ailes has denied the allegations.

But now that Carlson has come out, looks like Ailes may be the next Bill Cosby. Six other women have now accused Ailes of trying coerce them into sex.
