His Holiness Younus AlGohar discusses the menace of unholy Islam and explains the divinely ordained system of reforms that has existed in Islam.

Main points:

- The entire world thinks that ISIS is organising all these atrocities, but that is doubtful. This debate fiercer is getting day by day. People are not just blaming ISIS. They’re blaming Islam and the Quran. What is happening today is happening because of the unholy Islam, Wahhabism. Islamophobia is natural when Wahhabism is so widespread.

- We have discussed recently how sensitive it is to study the Quran without first obtaining mortification of your inner devil, enlightenment of the heart. The understanding of the religion and of the holy book, does not come from your common human intelligence. It comes from God. There are many verses in the Quran which are so sensitive, that if an appointed person by God does not explain or interpret those verses, there is a very high possibility that you will mislead yourself. Do not attempt to take any meaning of the Quran on your own.

- According to the Islamic faith, after 1000 years, a Grand Reformer has to come and take care of anything which have been added to the faith and understanding, or anything which might have been adulterated. They come to renew and reform Islam. The belief that the purest Islam is that which existed at the time of Prophet Mohammad is against the Islamic faith. Islam needed reforms every 100 years, and reform on a grander scale ever 1000 years. There are so may verses in the Quran that do not apply to people of this day and age.

- Many people will say that Islam needs reforms. However there are so many areas in which Islam needs reforms, that if you start reforming Islam, you’ll get tired and Islam will not be completely reformed. This is because Islam is dead; Islam is no more. The mischief within Islam has killed it. Islam is a religion which had to come to an end somehow or other. Prophet Mohammad said, ‘Nothing will remain in Islam for except its name.’
