Historic TGA Euro Trophy Race 2 at Monza in the Mercedes 190E 2.5 Evolution DTM
After qualifying 7th with a lap in the 1m 58s bracket I get off to a poor start and am swallowed by the traffic in the first chicane.
Just as I begin to settle in on lap two, the rain starts - I elect to pit for tyres at the end of the lap. The AI cars continue regardless and I immediately think that the stop was a mistake.
However the rain continues to worsen and although I have no reference points for this car in the wet at all I manage to hold it together reasonably well to the finish.
