If you thought bodybuilding and sweating it out in the gym is just a young man’s game, you need to think again. This veteran actor has been hitting the gym with a vengeance and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is going all out to praise him on social media.

Salman recently uploaded a snap of a visibly middle-aged man working out his back muscles with his back to the camera and you would be pleasantly surprised to know that it is none other than Anupam Kher! Taking to his Twitter page, Salman wrote, “Uper walla body builders ki kher Karen @AnupamPkher.” On his part, Kher wrote, “Thank you @BeingSalmanKhan 4 posting my pic on ur Instagram.
