Footage has emerged from China of an accident involving an electric tricycle which saw the windscreen fly off the front of the vehicle during the collision.

The video, filmed in Foshan, Guangdong Province last Friday, shows the electric tricycle crashing into another car head-on when it is turning a corner.

During the crash the windscreen flies towards the other car's dashcam.

A couple in it only had minor scratches.
