A funny video has emerged of a mother confronting her four-year-old daughter after she rubbed nappy cream all over her face thinking it was sunscreen.

In the footage, shot last week in Jacksonville, NC, USA, shows Trinity lying in a couch with nappy cream on her cheeks and hands.

She can be heard explaining that she thought it was sunscreen.
