A bizarre video has emerged from China of a man kowtowing to his fellow passengers on a bus after he had a row with the driver when he brought his dog on board.

The CCTV footage, recorded in Jinan, Shandong Province on Tuesday, shows the bus driver failing to stop the man getting on with his dog, prompting a row between the man and the passengers.

After a while, the man gets up from his seat, kneels down and starts kowtowing to the other people on the bus, before walking off.
