Dramatic footage has emerged from Brazil of a paraglider crashing into a tree.

The video, filmed on September 19, shows the man flying down a hill before ploughing into the tree and plunging to the ground.

Fortunately, the man was unhurt.

The filmer later wrote online: "If you're a beginner or a pro in any sport, take safety and control measures.

"Don't be this guy."
