Part of the Panchkedar yatra circuit Madhyamaheshwar is located in the Mansoona village of Garhwal Himalayas in Uttarakhand. Situated in the higher Himalayas the place houses a grand Shiva temple. Rudranath, Kalpeshwar, Tungnath and Kedarnath are the other four temples in the Panchkedar series of temples.
