September 28, 2016 – This is the first time Congres has over ridden on of President Obama’s veto.
Both chambers of the US Congress on Wednesday voted to override president Barack Obama’s veto of a bill that would allow the families of 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia over the alleged role of its officials in the attack.
