Ingredients
11/2 cup of soaked yellow peas
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1 green chilli
2 cups of water
2-3 tbsp of oil
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
3 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1 green chilli
water
coriander leaves
4-5 boiled potatoes
1 tsp of salt
red chilli powder
garam masala
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
coriander leaves
1/2 cup of bread crumbs

coriander powder
garam masala
Method
- In a pressure cooker add yellow peas, salt, turmeric, green chilli and mix well add water and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
- In a pan add oil,onion and cook it until it turns translucent
- Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric, green chilli and water
- Add coriander leaves and mix well
- In a pan heat some oil
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, salt,red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves,bread crumbs and turmeric powder and mix it all together
- Make Pattie out of it
- Fry them into the heated oil, cook it properly on both the sides
- Turn on the flame and add the white peas into the masala
- Add coriander powder, garam masala and mix well
-Assemble the ragda and patties in a plate and it is ready to be served
