It’s always a little disheartening when your scrambled eggs aren’t cooked quite right. Madeleine shares with us her special tips to making the perfect scrambled eggs!

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3 EGGS
1 TBSP AVOCADO OIL
MALDON SEA SALT

METHOD
WHISK THE EGGS WITH THE SALT. HEAT UP AVOCADO OIL IN PAN FOR 30 SECONDS POUR THE EGG MIXTURE INTO THE PAN.
LET BUBBLE FOR 20 SECONDS THEN USE A WOODEN SPOON TO PULL THE MIXTURE TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF THE PAN, CREATING FOLDS KEEP FOLDING UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.
