Ingredients:
Mawa
Sugar
Saffron Strands
Milk
Pista
Method:
- On a low flame, add mawa in a pan and allow it to cook for a minute.
- Add saffron milk to this mawa (1 tbsp milk + saffron strands)
- Mix well.
- Once cooked allow the mawa mixture to cool down.
- Add sugar and mix well along with pista.
- Make pedas out of the mixture.
- Kesar Malai Peda is ready to be served.
