A dramatic video has emerged from of a car avoiding a pig and crashing into the guardrail on a motorway in China.

The dashcam footage, shot in Heyuan, Guangdong Province on Friday, shows a car losing control and hitting the guardrail after trying to avoid a pig on the loose on the motorway.

The driver reportedly only suffer minor injuries.
