A SkyWest Airlines pilot has been arrested for allegedly trying to fly a plane while under the influence. Rapid City police said the pilot, 38-year-old Russel Duszak, was scheduled to fly from Rapid City, South Dakota, to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he lives. The flight was delayed for more than two hours, finally taking off about 10:30 a.m. after a replacement pilot was rounded up.
