A man is arrested in Paris for waving a Tibetan flag as the torch bearer is about to pass. Human rights protesters gathered at the foot of the Eiffel Tower; the police had received instructions to stop anyone waving the Tibetan flag during the event. Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité!
