Project CARS PS4 gameplay - 10 lap Formula Rookie race at Donington Park National.

I rarely race open wheelers so, for entertainement purposes only I thought I's try my hand in the Formula Rookie cars.

Despite several failed attempts due to first lap crashes I finally managed to complete ten laps around Donington, and, I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed it once I started to get the hang of driving these things. They definitely require a smooth and careful driving style as they will spin with very little provocation. The other problem for me was the AI who are extremely aggressive and unwilling to slow down for anything. This is a problem as any contact in these cars usually results in far more serious consequences and damage than in a tin top.

This first introduction to the class has however made me want to do a bit more so hopefully I'll be bringing you further action in the Formula Rookie as time goes by.
