LEICESTER CITY could book their place in the last 16 with a draw at FC Copenhagen on Wednesday night in their Group G Champions League fixture in Denmark.

Claudio Ranieri saw his side beat Copenhagen at the King Power Stadium in October to make it three wins from three in their group and edge closer to the knock out rounds of the competition.

Ranieri has said Islam Slimani has been carrying a slight groin problem and was left out at White Hart Lane as a precaution ahead of Wednesday’s game. Ahmed Musa also picked up a knock while scoring the equaliser against Spurs on Saturday and will also be assessed this week.
