A while back, I came across Nicki Gee's English rendition of "Don't Say Lazy", the ending theme to the first season of K-ON. I was immediately hooked, I was surprised how an English version of a Japanese song could come out so well.
So I thought: what if English dubs of anime did this? Had English translations of the original opening and closing themes?
I synced together her cover of Don't Say Lazy with the video that accompanies the song in K-ON to find out.
