Ingredients
• 1 and half cups of peas
• 1 and half cups of mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup of diced gherkins
• 1 pound of potatoes
• 1 cup of diced carrots
• 2 eggs
• Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil and vinegar as needed
Let’s make it now.
1. Boil peas and eggs and hard-boil eggs. Then cut your eggs in slices.
2. Cut potatoes and carrots in cubes. Cut them as small as the size of peas and boil them.
3. Drain all the vegetables. Let them a bit cool and dry. Now add them in a large bowl.
4. Add the gherkins.
5. Add a little bit of vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Add these ingredients when your vegetables are still a little bit warm. Dont let the vegetables cool before adding above mentioned ingredients.
6. Add mayonnaise and mix it.
7. Level the mixture and let this Russian salad cool in fridge for one an hour.
8. After one hour, shift it into a plate and decorate it with sliced eggs and gherkins.
