President-elect Donald Trump will reportedly name Andrew Puzder, CEO of the company that manages fast food joints like Hardee's, secretary of labor. Puzder has been an outspoken critic of the worker protections enacted by the Obama administration. He's also opposed expanding eligibility for overtime pay, while stating higher minimum wage increases hurt small businesses. Like Trump, Puzder also supports the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, which the latter alleges created a "restaurant recession" because higher premiums mean middle-class families have less money to spend dining out.
