Aamir Khan hosted a special screening of his upcoming film Dangal, which is based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughter Geeta and Babita, on Tuesday.

The screening was attended by the Phogat family, Sachin Tendulkar, Raj Thackeray, Arjun Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor among others however, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan were missing from the event.

When asked about it, Aamir said, “At the moment both of them are busy. I have messaged them that whenever they would want to see the movie, I will screen it for them.”

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal is slated to release this weekend.
