The video told chaps there are a "few things we think you could do a little bit better in 2017".

It is narrated by a variety of earnest-looking men and women.

The stars of the video urged Caucasian blokes to bow down to their political ideology and avoid criticising the campaign group Black Lives Matter.

"First of all, try to recognise America was never great for anyone who wasn't a white guy," one woman said.

One of the stars of video appeared to suggest that most white people are racist.
He said: "Just because you have black friends, doesn't mean you're not racist."

Another woman urged: "Learn what mansplaining is and then stop doing it."

The word mansplaining was invented by feminists as a way to silence men.

It is used to describe blokes who bleat on at woman and appear to disregard their views or opinions.
