Twitter is diving deep with 360-degree live streaming using Periscope. While all Twitter and Periscope users can watch live videos, now select partners will be able to go live though via Periscope. The new feature is expected to eventually roll out to all users as we enter 2017. Live streamers will use the feature by plugging a camera into the bottom of a phone in order to start recording and broadcasting the video.
