Learn how to make crispy fish fingers at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Fish fingers is an easy to make starter recipe where fish pieces are marinated in mild spices, coated with bread crumb and deep fried in hot oil until crisp.
Ingredients:
Ghol fish, pieces
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Oil
For Covering:
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Salt
Bread Crumbs
2-3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
Method:
- In a large bowl add fish pieces, ginger garlic crush, black pepper, salt & coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- To make the covering in a large bowl add eggs, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt. Mix everything well.
- All all purpose flour and again mix well.
- Add the fish pieces to this covering mixture. Coat the pieces properly.
- One by one roll the fish pieces in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till you get golden brown color.
- Serve the crispy fish fingers with tomato sauce.
