At the premiere of Prateik-Amy Jackson starrer 'Ekk Deewana Tha' Shabana Azmi stated that Prateik was as dear to him as her own son. Both the actors of the film said that they were nervous about the it's release. Jackson revealed that Prateik plays a hopeless romantic in the A. R. Rahman's musical.
