Kanye West is making serious gains in the gym, and they are not just for his body. Sources close to the rapper say Yeezy has been hitting the gym 5 to 6 times a week recently. His workouts have become a critical component in his mental recovery, for several reasons. The workouts are reportedly helping him get clarity and help him sleep better, which was a big factor in his recent mental breakdown. West recently canceled his Saint Pablo tour and was committed to a hospital, for hallucinations and paranoia. He was recently sighted visiting President-elect Donald Trump in New York.
