A second Tunisian migrant is under investigation for possible involvement in the deadly Christmas market attack in Berlin, which left 12 people dead. German authorities said that there wasn't enough evidence to charge the suspect, 26, for any role in the attack Tuesday evening. However, the Berlin state prosecutor’s office detained the man for fraud involving social benefits. It is believed the suspect may have known or was in touch with Anis Amri, who was responsible for the market massacre.
