Meryl Streep took aim at President-elect Donald Trump -- without even mentioning his name -- during her Cecil B. DeMille Award speech. "When the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose. We need the principled press to hold power to account, to call him on the carpet for every outrage." Streep said. She called on the audience to support the Committee to Project Journalists as Trump's administration approaches. During her acceptance speech, the star also called out Trump's remarks and mimicking of a disabled New York Times reporter earlier last year. Following the show, Trump responded by calling Streep a "Hillary lover" during his interview with the New York Times.
