'Provocative' Serbian train halted at Kosovo border

Serbia's first rail service in 18 years from the capital Belgrade to Kosovo has been forced to stop at the border.

Kosovo's president had said he would not allow the train to enter the territory, calling the rail service a deliberate provocation.
