Larger bully eaglet has been keeping sibling from being fed by Mother eagle at Santa Cruz nest, for some time. The small one goes back and forth and raises backside to avoid pecking. Finally, the bully is stuffed lies down & the small one gets fed a long time, does a poop shot into the wind & nestles down for it's nap.
