A federal judge ordered a temporary halt on Trump's immigration order, allowing visa holders who are in the U.S. or in transit to stay in the country. The ruling comes amid Trump's executive order barring citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S. for the next 90 days. "There is imminent danger that, absent the stay of removal, there will be substantial and irreparable injury to refugees, visa-holders, and other individuals from nations subject to the January 27, 2017, Executive Order," the ruling said. Since Trump's order, 109 people traveling to the U.S. were denied entry, but it remains unclear how many were detained or sent home.
