Valentine’s Day is popular around the world and is celebrated in many places, including India. It celebrates love mainly between couples and friends.
So add some romance to your Valentine's Day menu with this recipe where the strawberries are dipped in different types of chocolate and garnished with many sprinklers.

Ingredients
12 Strawberries
Chocolate bars (dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate)
Colourful sprinkles
Chopped roasted almonds
Dark chocolate chips
Silver pearls

Method
In a microwaveable glass chop the chocolate bars and microwave for 50 seconds. Whisk it if there are any lumps.

Take 2 piping bags and fill them with melted white chocolate and dark chocolate. This can be used for garnishing.

Pierce a small fork in the strawberry and dip it into the chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.

Place it on a tray, and repeat with the rest of the strawberries.

Garnish the strawberries with colourful sprinkles, chopped roasted almonds, dark chocolate chips, silver pearls.

Keep the tray in the freezer for 5 mins until the chocolate sets.
