A bizarre video has emerged from China of a four-year-old girl and her younger brother driving a toy car down a busy road.

The footage, shot in Zibo, Shandong Province on Tuesday, shows a police officer guiding the two children as they drive the toy Land Rover to the side of the road.

The police officer reportedly escorted them back to their parents house where they were grounded.
