Footage of chef Ben Churchill making Valentine's Day cookies "with a twist".

The video, filmed in Hertfordshire, UK earlier today, shows Ben making the cookies filled with chocolate ganache and served with burnt rose gel and charred strawberries.

The twist is, they're shaped like actual human hearts, not the traditional Valentine's Day one.
