By the slimmest of margins, Ukraine’s Andrii Doroshenko captured the R6 (mixed 50m rifle prone SH1) on Tuesday (14 July) to wrap up the IPC Shooting World Cup in Osijek, Croatia.
Doroshenko totaled 205.6, just 0.2 better than No. 2 world ranked Juan Antonio Saavedra Reinaldo of Spain. Great Britain’s World No. 1 Matt Skelhon (183.3) settled for bronze in the event, which acts as qualifier for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
