Jason died in Part 4, and the fan reaction to Roy in Part 5 was toxic, so what else could the franchise do but make Jason into a shotgun-blast absorbing Killer from Beyond the Grave? (short answer: anything. Literally anything else) But here we are, entrenched in a series of movies that has given way to wacky jokes and an absence of logic, internal or otherwise. Because so much of this makes so little sense, it takes longer than usual to hash out all of this chaos, so the episode is split into two parts.
