Quinnipiac University recently conducted a poll regarding people’s opinions of President Trump.
The results from the Feb. 16-21 survey are far from glowing for the job approval rating.
Only 38% of respondents expressed approval, while 55% responded to the question negatively.
Favorability ratings were roughly the same, with 39% indicating positive feelings and 55% sharing markedly less enthusiastic views.
Both represent new lows in their respective categories.
Other highlights from the poll include 55% of participants saying they find him dishonest, 53% voicing disbelief that he cares about the nation’s regular people, and 60% saying Trump does not share their values.
He did get some high marks.
58% of those surveyed believe he is an intelligent man and 64% see him as being a strong person.
The poll involved over 1,300 voters from across the country.
