Amazon-owned video game streaming site Twitch announced Monday that it will now sell games directly on its platform. They can then be downloaded and played via the existing Twitch launcher desktop app Twitch streamers will be able to earn a cut, a small five per cent cut, when sales originate on their channel. It will only be available in US currency and through an Amazon account.
