Scarlett Johansson filed for divorce from her husband Romain Dauriac and now is fighting for primary custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Rose.
The actress sued her ex in a Manhattan court and called her marriage “broken.”
Romain’s attorney is planning on fighting the case. He said, “He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling.”
Scarlett and Romain had a temporary co-parenting agreement where Rose alternated weeks with each parent.
