Gorsuch: Garland is 'an outstanding judge,' won't comment on stalled nomination

During the second day of his Supreme Court confirmation hearings, Judge Neil Gorsuch was asked by Sen. Leahy (D-Vt.) about Merrick Garland's stalled nomination to the position he is now nominated to. "I can't get involved in politics," Gorsuch said.
