It's one of Paris's most iconic locations, but the Champs de Mars park that lies at the foot of the Eiffel Tower is leaving some visitors disappointed. Complaints range from a lack of greenery to worse: rats scampering about in broad daylight and toilets streaked with feces -- and local résidents are urging the city to do something about it.
