For Plain Whipped Cream:-
200ml Heavy Whipping Cream
1½ tsp. Caster Sugar
For Chocolate Whipped Cream:-
2 tsp. Cocoa Powder
200ml Heavy Whipping Cream
1½ tsp. Caster Sugar
Method:-
Plain Whipped Cream:-
In a bowl take the whipping cream and add caster sugar to it. Start whipping it with beater and stop whipping once the tracks of the beater start appearing on the cream. Then take a balloon whisk and beat the cream using hand till thick peaks are formed.
Chocolate Whipped Cream:-
Take 2 tbsp. Whipping cream and mix it well with the cocoa powder making sure no lumps are formed. Once mixed, add this paste to the whipping cream. Now add the caster sugar and whip it using electric beater till the tracks of the beater appear on the cream. Then take a balloon whisk and beat the chocolate cream using hand till thick peaks are formed.
Tip:- Keep the bowl in which you are whipping your cream refrigerated 30 minutes before starting to whip.
