Katy Perry looked stunning at Elton John’s 70th birthday party… and it appears she caught the eye of a brand new man.

And his name is Ryan Phillippe.

That’s right, rumor has it Katy and Ryan were totally flirting at the celebrity strewn shindig, and a source told the Hollywood Reporter that she was totally giggling and at one point, he had his hand on her knee.

The source revealed that their playful exchange got started after they were seated at separate tables… but he made his way over to her and sat down next to her.

And it sounds like it was all downhill from there.

Not that long ago Katy and Orlando Bloom went their separate ways, and Ryan broke off his 10 month engagement with from his woman back in November.

So yeah, maybe these two are at the right place at the right time.

Admit it. They could be a pretty awesome couple.
